Angel Charm Tutorial & Candy

Checkout the Humble Pie Blog to see what's cooking for today's tutorial. Today is my turn to do a tutorial and for my first ever tutorial, I chose angel charms. Sometimes we get so busy creating the holiday cards that they start looking the same. So if you want to add a little something something extra special, stop by and take a look at the tutorial. There are 4 different easy angels you can make and add to your cards and/or scrapbooking pages.

Here's a sneak peek of one of the angel charms. IMG_3167

Leave me a comment by Friday, December 3 at 10pm EST to let me know which 1 of the 4 angels featured on my tutorial is your favourite and why for a chance to win 2 angel charms. As an added bonus, if you leave a comment on this post plus the Humble Pie Blog here, then you will get the chance to win 3 angel charms (one of each style on the tutorial) and all you have to decide is if you want the angel in this pic with her wings up or down. The winner will be drawn using Random.org and announced on Saturday morning.

Have a wonderful day,
Maria

BLOP Candy Redraw

Hello Fellow Crafters. It's foggy here today in SW Ontario with lots of frost. Snow is right around the corner and a bit late this year. I'm not complaining because except for Christmas day, I don't like snow, ice or winter weather at all.

Today's post announces the winner of my BLOP candy below. The first winner did not respond so I've drawn another name and the winner is Jacilynn. Congratulations Jacilynn! Please email me with your address so I can mail out your prize right away.

Check back often this week as I have lots of blog candy coming up to celebrate my birthday plus upcoming holidays. Stay tuned.

Hugs,
Maria

Inspiration & Challenge

Short post and no card today as I've been under the weather this week. But checkout the Humble Pie blog for today's inspiration and the latest altered item challenge. The DT has some yummy baking going on in the kitchen and there's some calorie-free scrumptious goodies for a prize too. Woohooo!! Join us in the fun and submit your own altered creation. You don't have to use a Humble Pie Image but if you have one, we'd love to see it.

Happy Thanksgiving to our American friends today and Happy inking.

Hugs,
Maria

Just Magnolia & Friday Sketchers

Checkout the DT's inspiration over at both the Just Magnolia Challenge Blog and the Friday Sketchers blog. This is my submission to Just Magnolia's masking challenge and the the talented Jeanette's sketch challenge at Friday Sketchers. Tilda Santa's Little Helper and Holly Letter both from the NEW So Snowy Magnolia Collection were purchased earlier this month from Heidi at the Little Stamp Shoppe. I was so happy to be able to get these early so I could start making Christmas cards and also using the stamps for scrapbooking.

She has a large selection of the latest stamps plus stamping accessories and will ship worldwide. Contact Phebe at the Town Scrapper before all the latest must-haves fly out the store.

Sorry for not providing more colouring details but we're away for a few days on a family trip to Quebec City and I didn't have time to post more details before leaving. I'll be visiting your blogs next week when I'm back.

Big Hugs.
