This was a fun card to make and very challenging for me as I have never made one of these before. I followed Claudia's tutorial here and this is what I came up with. I almost didn't submit this card as I used the Memories ink and even after heat setting, the ink bled a bit when I coloured with the Copics. Oh well, every card can't be perfect and this one will serve as a learning experience. So far the Brilliance ink works the best with Copics but I'm going to try the Memento ink next just so I have another option. I'm looking for an alternative to Brilliance only because the graphite black isn't as crisp/sharp as I would like it to be when I stamp an image or a sentiment.

This is such a cute card. I love the sentiment you used and have been wanting ti buy it for sometime now. I am waiting for my Memento ink as well. You can try using the Versafine Onyx Black for the sentiment - I am currently using this for the Magnolia images. :)

So sweet. Love the image. Great minds think alike because I used Claudia's tutorial to make a card for the same challenge! Must be a Canadian thing, eh?
This is a very nice card, but I'm afraid it's not as good as the two more recent additions on your blog. You have some serious competition, Maria. ;o)
