Woooohoooo, TGIF! Thanks for stopping by on this wintery snowy day. Fridays are Humble Pie Challenge days and this week the Bakers challenge you to use your dies (i.e. Spellbinder, Sizzix, Quickutz, Cuttlebug.....etc). So get inky for a chance at something extra special.
I've used the newest release in the Humble Pie line: Angel Maggie. She's currently available only as a digi, exclusively at the Town Scrapper. I printed her out on Neenah cardstock and coloured her with Copics (B00, C00, C3, E000, E01, E21, E25, E47, E53, E59, R20, RV21, RV23, RV25, RV29, Y28, YR00, YR04, YR14 & YR15). The papers are from Basic Grey's Sugar Rush 6x6 paper pack. These are gorgeous papers to work with and draw inspiration from so I kept the card really simple. Surprisingly, the card has few embellishments, which is rare for me but I wanted the image to stand out in the midst of the beautiful papers and the rhinestone swirls. Isn't Angel Maggie just the sweetest!
Angel Maggie is cut out with the Petite Oval Spellbinder Nesties and framed with cardstock cut out with the Petite Oval Scalloped Nesties. All my supplies for this card were purchased from Phebe at The Town Scrapper. Here's a close-up of Angel Maggie:
