Furry Friends at A Spoon Full of Sugar

Tuesdays are A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge days and we have a cute one for you today. This week's theme is Furry Friends and we are graciously being sponsored by the talented Melissa Jenkins, also known as MelJens.

I fell in love with this MelJen's digital image, Little Girl Bear Hugs, the moment I saw her and couldn't resist using it for this week's challenge.   Who hasn't had a favourite furry friend at some time or another?  Hop on over to A Spoon Full of Sugar to take a peek at all the wonderful DT creations and for more information on last week's winner and this week's prize for one lucky participant.

Image was printed on Beckett Expression cardstock ~ my ultimate favourite for Copics ~ which I purchased from Skribbles and Scraps.  Image coloured with Copics and the background sponged with VersaMagic Chalk ink (Sea Breeze for the sky and Aloe Vera for the grass).  I purchased the Cosmo Cricket DP ~ Material Girl - In Stitches ~ from The Townscrapper.  I'm not too happy with how her face turned out and will have to play with the colours to find another combination that works better for next time.
