I Have News....I Have News......

I'm sooo excited I'm bursting at the seams and doing a happy twirling dance!!  Zoe ~ awesome crafter, innovator extraordinaire and owner of the Make-it-Crafty Online store ~ has put together a Design Team for which I am proudly a DT member.

Here's a list of the fabulously talented crafters that are part of Zoe's DT. Stop by to visit and leave them a comment to say hello:

Our fantastic line-up of bi-monthly challenges will kick-start your mojo and have you learning some new and fun techniques.  Soooooo set your calendars to join our challenges twice a month on Wednesdays starting on September 8.  Check back HERE next Wednesday for our first technique challenge with a tutorial from our super talented Sandy. That's all I'm going to reveal for now so check back next week for all the fun!

Ooooh and another woohoo because Zoe's celebrating with some blog candy.  She's put together a fabulously stupendous prize package for one lucky randomly selected winner.  See pic below of all the goodies but go HERE for all the candy details and good luck!

My card today is a sneak peek featuring some of the top notch products in Zoe's store.  I have used the Eerie Scene digital image exclusive to Make-it-Crafty and paired it up with my adorable So Spooky Tilda ~ from the 2009 So Spooky Magnolia Collection .  AND the scene was printed and stamped onto Xpress-it Paper Blending Paper.  Ooooooh let me tell you this paper is just amazing!! It blends Copics like buuutter and you don't need to soak your paper with the colours to do it!  I love my Beckett Expression paper but it's now moved over into second place and Xpress-it has moved into first as my favourite.  Right now it is only available in Australia but Zoe sells both an international sample pack plus a package of 30 sheets for international only at a great price for each which includes shipping.

I loved working with this Eerie Scene digital image and used chalks to colour in the background sky plus ground and the rest was coloured with Copics.  DP ~ Imaginisce from my stash ~ was sponged with orange ink, spider brads plus ribbon are also from my stash and I used a Martha Stewart web punch for framing.

I'm also entering this card into the following challenges:

That's it for today folks.  Thanks for your visit and have a great day.

Hugs,
Maria
