Hi everyone and welcome to another challenge day at A Spoon Full of Sugar. This week's challenge is Sparkle and Shine so get out your glitter, stickles, rhinestones and whatever else sparkles and shines and have a fun time creating. The lovely Nikki from Bunny Zoe Crafts is sponsoring the challenge this week with a gift certificate. Pop on over to Nikki's online store to see her fabulous selection of crafting toys.
- Created a cardfolder following Moni's fabulous tutorial (loved it & will make more)
- Used K&CO DP I've had in my stash for ages
- Inked up my Hanglar & Stanglar rubber stamp
- Leaves: Cut Prima Flower petals & coloured edges with Copics (R35 & R0000)
I used the Tonic Sonic non-stick small scissors available at Make-it-Crafty to cut my Hanglar rubber stamp and they were perfect for cutting rubber. Lace ribbon, gorgeous Webster's flower, paper lace doily, charm and handmade blue pin were a gift from my sweet friend Zoe. Rhinestone swirls, Crystal Stickles and twine are from my stash. Image stamped with Memento ink on Xpress-it Blending Card and coloured with Copics (Face: E000, E01, E11 & E21; Jacket and Hat: R0000, R000, R30, R32 & R35 plus Stickles on jacket trim; Skirt: BG0000, BG000, BG01, BG05, BG07 & BG09; Shoes, Scard and Bow: E30, E31, E35 & Blender; Wings: CO, C1 & Stickles).
Here's a side view of the cardfolder. This is a gift for a friend and the cardholder will hold some goodies with stamped Hanglar and Magnolia images.
I'm entering the cardfolder into the following challenges:
- Lovely Hanglar Only ~ Seasons
- Stamp Something - Something to Celebrate
- Charisma Cardz - Christmas
- City Crafter - Hooray for the Holidays
Hugs,
Maria

Beatiful card holder, Maria! Love the DPs, and most of all, how you colored this hAnglar image. My new hAnglars just arrived yesterday so I should be mounting and then inking them up. You have certainly inspired me! Hugs, Cami
